    • Domestic Shipping (India): 3-5 business days
    • International Shipping: 5-7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, customers will be responsible for additional reshipment fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • SaintVersant is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.
  • If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier with the tracking details.

Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, kindly take clear photos and email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will assess the issue and guide you through the resolution process.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed but can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If the order has already been processed, we won’t be able to make changes.
